Theresa Dube
Theresa Dube, age 89, passed away at home April 5, 2014. An Ansonia resident for the past 7 years, she was formerly of Nashua, N.H. She was predeceased by her husband Thomas and son-in-law John Uberti.
She leaves 2 daughters, Rita Uberti with whom she resided and Suzanne Griffin of Portsmouth, N.H.; 2 sons Normand (Diane) Dube of Batavia, Ohio and Richard (Marilyn) Dube of Litchfield, N.H., 4 grandchildren, several great grandchildren and a large extended family in both Nashua and Ansonia.
She was a parishioner of Holy Rosary Church in Ansonia and a member of the Ansonia & Oxford Senior Centers. Theresa was active in St. Raphael’s Hospital Prayer Shawl Ministry, knitting shawls for patients. She frequently attended Senior Center functions and especially enjoyed Casino bus trips.
She was buried in Nashua, N.H. A Memorial Mass will be held at Holy Rosary Church on May 14th at 10:00 a.m.
