Walter Joseph Pawlak, 92 of Ansonia, a machinist for the Farrel Co. for 47 years, husband of Florence White Pawlak, died July 14, at the Shady Knoll Health Care Center, Seymour.
Born in Derby on Oct. 30, 1922, he was the son of the late John and Katherine Grzyb Pawlak.
Survived by two children, four grandchildren, a great-granddaughter and many nieces and nephews.
Predeceased by his first wife, Anne Karpinowich; daughter, three brothers and three sisters.
Services will take place Friday, July 17, 10 a.m., Wakelee Memorial Funeral Home, 167 Wakelee Ave., Ansonia, and at 11 a.m. in St. Joseph Church, 32 Jewett St., Ansonia. Burial will be in Mount St. Peter Cemetery, Derby. Visiting hours: Thursday, July 16, 4-7.
