David Matthew DeToto, 45, of Seymour, production manager for Taunton Press of Newtown in Naugatuck Distribution Center, died Aug. 6.

Survived by wife, Aurora Alcantara DeToto, his mother, Barbara Ciongoli DeToto of Texas, his father, Joseph DeToto and his wife, Margie of Ohio, a daughter Olivia, two brothers, mother-in-law and her daughters, Jen and Aileen Alcantara, Jo & Dr. Jeff Maehl and son of Wisconsin along with several nieces, nephews, aunts, uncles and cousins.
Calling hours: Wednesday, Aug. 12, 4-8 p.m., Miller-Ward Funeral Home, 260 Bank Street, Seymour. Services: Thursday, Aug. 13, 10 a.m., Church of the Good Shepherd, 135 Mountain Road, Seymour. Directly following the mass, friends and family are welcome to gather in the Church Hall for refreshments.
