James Bishop, 74, of Seymour, formerly of Easton and Monroe, husband of the late Phyllis Nadeau Bishop, died Nov. 5, at home, following a sudden illness.
Born Oct. 9, 1941, in Bridgeport, son of the late James E. and Irene (O’Hara) Bishop; U.S. Army, Vietnam War.
Survived by children, Scott and his wife, Kimberly Bishop of Bethany, Yvonne and her husband, William Lorincz of Seymour, James and his wife, Lisa Bishop of Monroe, eight grandchildren, and many nieces and nephews.
Private graveside services will be held in CT Veterans Cemetery, Middletown.
