Theodore John Krupa, 94, of Ansonia, husband of the late Emma Ferko Krupa, died Nov. 3, at Griffin Hospital.
Born in Ansonia on April 10, 1921, he was the son of the late Peter and Mary Gluse Krupa.
Mr. Krupa was a lifelong resident of Ansonia and member of Sts. Peter and Paul Church where he was active in the Knights of Columbus, Catholic War Veterans and the Holy Name Society. He was a proud U.S. Navy Veteran of WWII and retired from Northeast Utilities as a chief customer service representative following 37 years of employment.
Mr. Krupa is survived by his children, Mary Ann Drenkhahn, of Ansonia, Patricia Sbrega and her husband, Raymond of Ansonia, Theodore “Skip” Krupa and his wife, Bonnie of Cairo, Egypt and Peter Krupa and his wife Channel of CA; sister, Virginia Hylwa of FL; 11 grandchildren; 29 great-grandchildren; and 1 great great-grandson.
In addition to his wife, he was predeceased by a daughter, Susan Krupa and brother, Walter Krupa.
