Tammy Jane Hazen, 54, of Newtown, passed away peacefully on Thursday, December 10, 2015 at Danbury Hospital.
Tammy was born in Sanford, ME, daughter of the late Elwood and Janice Tuttle, on April 3, 1961. She went to Seymour High School and Stone School of Business.
She was survived by her husband Carl R. Hazen and her children John and Sara Hazen, her brother David, his wife Karen and children Alex and Cheryl Tuttle, as well as Carl’s siblings and family. Tammy also is survived by her Maine family, her friends Sylvia (Sylviar) and Frank Aulenti, Lilian Adams, and the Town of Newtown.
She was also preceded in death by her brother Danny and his wife Roberta.
